Car wash didn't work. Called 3 times to try to get a code for a future wash. No reply. What a rip off.

Third bad review and still nothing has changed. I cancelled my subscription but my sister still goes. In the passed 2 month I have been with her 5 times. Not once in those 5 times has she gotten the service she paid for in either tunnel. Where are the refunds to their customers for every time a car goes through and a brush isn't spinning, water or soap is only spraying out half the holes? Not once in those five times has the tire polisher at the end of either tunnel worked. Today the blowers at the end barely worked. If I say something to an employee are they going to refund me money. nope. Seems like they bank on herding people in and out and hoping they will look at their phones and not noticing they are not getting what they paid for. Yeah to settling for mediocrity at its best.

I had trouble using a gift card at the car wash yesterday and I called the number on the sign because no one was there and no one has returned my call after 24 hours.

Do you have $10 you’re looking to get rid of and receive zero benefit? Are you interested in something more time consuming than just balling up that $10 and throwing it in the trash? Boy do I have the place for you. For as little as $10 you can go to this “car wash” where you’ll wait in line, drive in, and a broken sprinkler system will dribble water on the hood of your car for a few minutes. Following this luxurious bath for your car there will be no dryer because like Cuba Gooding Jr in Jerry Maguire it likes to air dry. This wash is so thorough the bird crap will still be there when it’s done. To add to the ambiance of the dried poop your car will have streaks of dirty water running down the hood and sides like you’ve driven through a rain storm. However, to be fair to Mother Nature I’m certain she would be powerful enough to get the bird poop off. 0/100 would not recommend.

Too many issues, constantly closed, and when I drove in to the wash today the sprayers for the water didn’t work..just soap then water afterwards. Soap left on car and dryer doesn’t do much. Also pretty expensive for the low quality.
